From Weddings, Elected Officials, Sporting Events, Non Profit Functions, Celebrity Bashes, and Good Ole’ Family Reunions; Rick Deberry’s camera has done it all. With a start behind the movie camera in 1998, Rick has a unique eye for catching the right moments and immortalizing them.

After studying with his mentor, Rick Eck, in the art of personalized photography for events, Rick was ready to take on his first solo project in 2000, and has changed the game for Richmond and all surrounding areas ever since.

Rick’s work can be found on: Virginia Business Magazine, CEO Magazine, a few of Virginia’s Governors’ homes, offices, and websites, The KLM Foundation’s Black and White Affair, Local Sporting Events, and Celebrity Functions around Virginia. He is also the exclusive photographer for Soul Santa for the last 4 years, and is contracted in 100’s of weddings, business events, and provides professional headshots for individuals and large corporate groups. His recent addition, for real estate and large groups, is his drone services, which provides aerial views of events and property landscapes.

​Throughout the years Rick married Angela and within 19 years of marriage, they have 4 beautiful children. His work has allowed him to mentor new and upcoming photographers and to continue to serve as one of Richmond’s highly demanded and recommended eyes behind the lens!
